A few notes on how I got here, and what I'm trying to build.
Senior Product Manager, based in India.

Who I am
I'm Suyash. I build products for a living, and I think about them for fun. Most days you'll find me somewhere between a spreadsheet, a Figma file, and a long walk trying to explain the problem to myself out loud.
I grew up curious about how things worked more than what they were called. That instinct never really left.
How I got here
I started in data engineering, moved into analytics, and eventually landed in product — not because it was the plan, but because every role kept pulling me closer to the same question: why are we building this, and for whom?
Data taught me to be honest. Analytics taught me to be curious. Product taught me that neither is worth much without judgement.
What I like to build
I'm happiest working on the unglamorous middle of a product — the operational surfaces, internal tools, and quality systems that most users never see but everyone quietly depends on.
The work I'm proudest of tends to look small on a slide and feel enormous in a warehouse, a support queue, or a launch checklist.
Why The Product Garage
I wanted a place that felt like a workshop, not a résumé. Somewhere to keep my sketches, half-finished experiments, and the essays I write to figure out what I actually think.
A garage is where you tinker. That felt right.
What I'm exploring now
Right now I'm spending most of my thinking time on AI in operational contexts — where it earns trust, where it quietly fails, and how PMs should reason about systems that are confident and wrong in equal measure.
I'm also learning, slowly, to write in public.
What I hope you take away
If you leave this site with one small idea, a link worth saving, or a sharper question than the one you arrived with, that's the whole point.
Thanks for stopping by the garage.
What I'm looking for
Right now I'm open to product roles where AI, data, and operations meet — teams building things that real people rely on, not demos. If that sounds like your team, I'd love to hear from you.

- Improv ComedyYes-anding my way through tough situations.
- TennisBelow-average backhands, mediocre forehands.
“I had the pleasure of managing Suyash for two years, and he consistently operated with a level of ownership and impact that sets him apart. As the sole PM for our quality platform, Suyash owned everything from strategy through execution across multiple markets and distribution centers. He was deeply focused on the end user, ensuring our operations and quality teams actually adopted what we built. He navigated cross-functional collaboration exceptionally well, aligning engineering, operations, and leadership across markets in a regulated environment. I'd highly recommend Suyash for any senior product role requiring ownership, user focus, and cross-functional leadership.”
